Incidence
This feature allows you to report any incidences that happen within a school, such as accidents, injuries, or other safety concerns. You can also add new incidences to the system.
To access the School Incidence Reporting Feature, follow these steps:
1.Click on the "Report Incidence" button to add a new incidence to the system.2.Fill out the required fields, such as the incidence type, location, and date.3.You can also include any additional information or details about the incidence in the "Description" field.4.Once you have completed all the required fields, click the "Submit" button to save the incidence to the system.
To view existing incidences within the system, follow these steps:
1.Navigate to the School Incidence Reporting Feature.2.You will see a list of existing incidences within the system.3.To view more details about an incidence, click on the incidence in the list.4.You can also edit or delete an existing incidence by clicking the appropriate button next to the incidence.
