Contact

This feature enables you to communicate with staff members directly by phone or email. It allows users to make calls or send emails to individual staff members or to a group of staff members.

In the contacts section, you will find a list of all the school staff with their contact details such as phone number and email address. To call a staff member, simply click on the phone icon next to their name, and your PC will automatically dial their number.
